If you do a search for Mukta Vati on yahoo.com and check what they say for the dose. Or you can go directly http://www.herbs2healyou.com/mukta-vati.html
and it will state the dosage --look under "Mukta Vati dosage". You can also call them. There should be a number on their website. I believe it is but don't quote me: For blood pressure 140/100 take 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the evening with water before food. If 160/100 or more take 2 pills in the am, 2 pills for lunch, and 2 pills for dinner. However, once pressure resumes to normal you should decease somewhat -- but check the website. However, for best results pills should be crushed or chewed and taken on an empty stomach. I take mine 1 hr before foods. On a side note try your best to eat easily digestible foods. I.e. vegetables, healthy foods.
