Ebay again (you don't need alot of this as you mix it down, I couldn't find it by searching lime water/pickling lime etc, searching calcium hydroxide brings it straight up)

Organic Lemon’s easy peasy!

Only a few days into a more serious tilt at the protocol and my mouth is feeling fresh, I can really feel the change towards alkalinity.

If anyone knows of a cheap source of 35% Food Grade H2O2 in the UK, please post it up. As I can't afford the baths at the money I'd have to pay, they would be £10+ each, so we are making do with foot baths for now.
