hi every1, i have recently, during training fractured a rib just under my nipple on the right side. now, during deep breathing it gives me a lot of pain and discomfort and i was wondering what could i do to help it heal more quickly, sice the doc told me i should just take a little break from my physical activities untill the pain subsides and i should be ok. any advice maybe?- Re: fractured rib Tony Isaacs

The main cure for fractured ribs is time and rest. It would probably also be a good idea to make sure you are consuming a healthy diet with lots of omega 3's and that you consider Bromelain to speed healing. This is a reply to # 1,459,823I pulled a rib muscle last year~~not as
bad as fracturing a rib but I was sure
in intense pain. I went to the Chiropractor
a few times and then what helped me the
most was an acupuncturist. I had a good
one but she cut the healing time to less
than half the expected time the doctor
had told me. I also used Dr. Christopher's
BF&C (Bone, Flesh, and Cartilage) which
is now Christopher's Tissue and Bone.

I think England is less strict.
I can only buy (pure) minerals, some herbs etc. but not anything with vitamins added.

Totally cool news since I have 21 cats!
BUT if you HUG a cat you might get scratched! To get one to PURRRR you must LET IT COME to you and sit in your lap. When it has settled, stroke it's fur and wait for the purr mode to kick in!!!
