Dr Mom
You are still 4 weeks from a 40 week gestation, which is plenty of time for the baby to turn. I have even seen babies turn during labor, so I would not be in a hurry to do a pre-term C-section. If you have Dr Mom's Healthy Living - the first thing you need to do is go to the section on pregnancy. Read the instructions on exercises during pregnancy and start doing your pelvic rocks. If the baby does not turn, I can tell you that I have assisted in several breech births and know they can be done successfully, so, at that point you have to decide what is best for you and your baby.
However, in the end, if it becomes necessary to do a C-section because the baby is in distress or there is some specific complication due to presentation, then you need to be grateful for our modern technology which allows for the birth of a healthy baby when the outcome could be dire. When done under these circumstances, then you will still know that you did all you could do to bring your child into the world healthy and strong. The recovery afterwards can be shortened and less traumatic through good nutrition and the healing herbs.
