Drowsiness, along with eadaches, allergic reaction, diarrhea, and fatigue have all been reported as side effects from Omega 3-6-9.
Have you tried coconut oil and/or grapeseed oil (both internally and externally?), along with plenty of water to stay hydrated? I recently began taking both fish oil capsules and hiyaluronic acid and noticed a positive difference in my skin (a bit fuller with fewer fine lines). Maybe you could try those and cut back a bit on the Omega 3-6-9, which does have many benefits. When it comes to drowsiness, I used to feel drowsy often right after eating, but GTF chromium has helped greatly. It might or might not apply to you - but it is a great thing to prevent and correct pre-daibetes and diabetes.
