Attitude Change is possible for everyone.
Your attitude is everything. It determines how other people perceive you in this world. Attitude change is a decision, one you cannot live without if you want true happiness in life.
If you decide to have a cheerful, outgoing attitude people will be drawn to you. But if you decide to be miserable and keep to yourself you will only feel worse about your life and your situations.
I learned along time ago that I could chose my attitude and it made all the difference in my life and with my overall happiness and success.
HERE ARE SOME GREAT TIPS ON GIVING YOURSELF A GREAT ATTITUDE CHANGE!
-Chose to have a terrific one first thing in the morning.
Don't get out of bed until you have declared out loud that it is going to be a terrific day.
-Start your day off with a beautiful 20 minute walk outside.
This will awaken all your senses and you will truly feel alive if you start your day off like this.
-Remember that you do have control all the time, so if things are not going so well don't let one problem bring down your whole attitude.
Assert your control and you will feel empowered by this. The first time you keep yourself and your mind from becoming miserable because something else went wrong, you will have proven to yourself that you can take control of how you feel and this will only be the beginning to your attitude change.

-Always remember that even if things are not going that great it is only for that moment. As time passes your troubles become more distant and you can always improve upon your current situation. Nothing is permanent! -I find that this tip really helps me......treat everyone you meet as the most important person in the world. When you make others feel good about themselves you can't help but feel good yourself. Do unto others as you would like done unto you. -This one may seem simple but nevertheless it holds true. Get enough sleep, so few people get the rest they really need. When you are tired you typically don't feel like being as social as you normally would and you definitely are not as pleasant. So help yourself and those around you by getting the rest you need. A good night's sleep is the perfect cure for any problem and it can bring about a positive attitude change. -Choose your friends wisely, you must keep a positive attitude all the time but if you are hanging around negative people its almost impossible to stay positive. If you can't change the mood of the conversation then you must excuse yourself. If your going to have an attitude change you must surround yourself with positive people. -Another tip for improving your attitude is to start keeping a journal. Write down what you want to feel like, putting it into words on paper can give it so much more meaning. For my own personal development I started keeping a journal over 25 years ago and I believe this probably should have been my #1 tip for developing a real attitude change. -Spending time with your family. Nothing makes me happier then when I am with my family and I truly mean NOTHING.
-If you want an attitude change try being the optimist all day long. Share your optimism with everyone around you and soon everyone will be in a good mood. Go out of your way to see the good in everything, this will absolutely rub off on those around you. Our lives are a true gift and when we maintain a negative attitude I believe it is an insult to our creator.Making an attitude change from one that always looks for the bad in every situation or refuses to try and find the positives in life to an upbeat, optimistic, cheerful person is one action that you have total control over and it can truly change your life completely. I really hope that you can see the beauty in being an optimist and realize its true benefits and its ability to give you a wonderful life.
