This is a reply to # 1,455,578I do them much slower. The form and breath are much more important than speed. You want to do them at a comfortable pace.

by the way can't 1st rite be overdone? like can i spin before and after all rest of rites too? or whenever i like and so too?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,455,984I usually count my breaths for the first rite, I spin at slightly faster than 1 rotation per breath...and I stop at 21 breaths, but still rotate a few times as I wind down. I don't do them at any other time.
