I came here to hear/read discussions between americans about the todays hottest topic. but I must see, that only some of you are realy interested in others opinions and do accept different views.

asking you for thinking over that america is a equal country between equals in the world - it is not the same like being anti american. gods bless shoud suffice to understand that ?!

MoreThis is a reply to # 145,170The thing is that most of what has been portrayed on this forum is that America is the evil one and Bush is the bad guy. Meanwhile Saddam and Iraq are exonorated from all guilt. It get tiring listening to all the crap about Bush and America being evil.
America is not equal with other countries. Don't even compare America to Germany or France or Iraq. Non of these countries have a constitution or foundation like America's. America was founded on godly principals from the bible. All people are equal in God'd eyes but not all beliefs and ideologies are? Just as an individual changes - countries change too. The philosophy I had when I was 20, isn't the one I hold now! You have a nice little box that is your Dogma and you look to it, to squeeze all your ideas into. It's not Vital, Alive, Living!! It's dead, that dogma!

This is a reply to # 145,178The declaration of Independance has not changed and neither has the constitution, both written and signed by Christian men. Christianity and a belief in the God of the Bible are the roots of America. The bible is just as relevant today as it was when it was penned under God's direction. Without the moral stance the bible teaches, you would have nothing but anarchy. Men and women left to their own guidance fail every time. America will return to it's biblical roots, and the bible will find it's way back into the classroom and Government, and abortion will no longer be allowed as birth control for selfish woman.

Also moralistic views come from many teachings...not just the Bible. God works through many sources. God is not a brand.
