I had Eczema on my back around the shoulder, neck area. This area also happens to be where I've always had these knots in my muscles. I hear these "knots" is a result of acid build up from overexertion or prolonged exertion. I don't think it's a coincidence that my eczema was also located on this area of my skin.
I don't have eczema on my shoulders/back anymore, though I still have those pesky knots. I attribute this improvement to the ML protocol I'm following.
Also I had "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" Whatever that means... Today, I'm no longer chronically fatigues. Don't get me wrong, I'm not about to run a marathon or anything like that, but energy levels are higher than they have been in years.
I used to take all kinds of stuff for my adrenals. All kind and brands of glandulars, isocort, maca, himalayan sea salt, iodine, licorice, ahshwandaha(sp), vitamin C, Rose Hips, B12, Pantothenic acid, B complex, Mixed tocopherol E... and thats only the ones that I can remember.
Now I use my refractometer to test my produce, ensuring quality food and nutrients. Occasional bath soaks in Epsom salt and H2O2. I'm recovering nicely now. I see myself at "normal" functionality within 1 and a half years, or less.
