I'm really impressed with what she did, however we need to keep in mind she was defending herself.

She is a very strong and competant woman who was brave, she didn't let fear master her and she stood up to her aggressor and demonstrated force which may have saved her life. I am very impressed and she is a boon to society.

But seriously, women have done WAY more amazing and heroic things, there's no way this qualifies as even the top 10 of any given year, probably not even in her city.
