skyhigh
I begin the week with enough lemons, syrup, salt, etc, for the whole week. I order the maple syrup at least one week ahead of time since I order it online, it is at least half the cost of what I would pay in town or even in the county.

I keep on eye out for home grown lemons from friends, because they are often free of cost and pesticide free. I have also gone to the produce market and bargained for my weeks worth. I try to get at least 40 lemons.
I bought an $11 one gallon insulated jug, the kind with a big screw on lid and spout for pouring. I also bought a cheap $10 dollar Black N Decker juicer, works great!
Since I have everything on hand, It takes me about 5 minutes to prepare for the whole day.
I juice about four lemons which makes a little over one cup. I then pour the same amount of syrup. Then I add one cup of ice. Lastly I fill the gallon jug up with water and stir. I no longer have to measure water.
If I go out for a couple of hours I fill up a 24
oz thermos and take it with me. If my excursion is longer I take the whole thing, (this gives me a sense of security:). For the cayenne you can have capsules on hand and either pour out the cayenne into your LM or swallow them with LM. I have learned not to add the cayenne any sooner than needed as the cayenne 'blooms' and gets ridiculously hot.
Anyhoo, these are my ways for the MC. I hope others will share their 'tiips & tricks'.
