Day 2 - 10st 0.3lbs - loss of 1.9lbs..not bad
Day 2 - nearly 2lbs lost...
Date: 7/3/2009 7:28:19 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3494 times 9am - Woke up earlier this morning, guess I was hungry! Weighed myself to find that have lost nearly two solid pounds - 1.9lbs to be exact. Impressive. But the first days always are. Then again, did have soup (with croutons), a yoghurt and an actimel last night, and might have also sneaked in a cherry or two. Still good I say, and I controlled a crazy binge late last night.
10am - started the day with a grapefruit and orange juice. Tasted funny as I had brushed my teeth earlier - so does not go well with toothpaste!
I feel lighter today. Hopefully when I go running later it won't feel so tiring.
Last night had an awful ache on my eyes and forehead. Manageable, but uncomfortable nonetheless.
It's 1.26pm now and will have another juice and then do the same again with either soup or cereal. Party coming up this weekend so not a good idea to do a juice fast and then break it with party foods. I know I could just say no but everyone thinks I have weight issues and might become anorexic lol so do not want to alert anyone to the fact that I am juice fasting.

Day 2: 10st 0.3lbs (140.3lbs)
