I put pieces together...

The talk is a bit dry, however, the presented information links carbohydrate metabolism, which includes the insulin response directly to weight... not calories, although there is a strong nutritional component to the presentation.
People who cannot lose weight no matter what they seem to do, AND have been exposed to high levels of fluoride through any number of substances, household and agrichemicals, personal care products, nonstick cookware, etc. most likely have a huge accumulation of fluoride that, if my understandings are correct, can take up to 9 years to rid oneself through fluoride avoidance... without any other intervention... then as time moves on, they will start to slowly lose weight.
I think this is what I have, am, going through... When I was put on Paxil and Blood Pressure meds (fluoride component), I put on 60+
pounds in a little less than 3 months...
I was most likely already fluoride toxic at a lower level because I remember feeling increasingly worse with each passing day till I quit all of the meds cold turkey.
5 years after quiting it all, and avoiding fluoride (not totally eliminating it - who can given the air, etc.?) about 50 of those
pounds have fallen off with no calorie restriction at all... I just eat the best I can quality and organic wise; I pretty much eat what I want.
Curiously, people who have used Ted's (earthclinic) Borax\Sea Salt fluoride toxicity remedy have reported slow but steady\consistent weight loss without dieting too... which leads me to believe that the fluoride also has played a part in the multi-billion dollar "fat" industries as well... add cancer and that one little element has been a boon for some evil people in this world.
I am about to get militant with this fluoride thing... I have already been told a few times to back off and calm down... but it pisses me off... the whole thing is in your face obvious and people look the other way and\or "trust" the PTB.
there are other papers out there as well on fluoride and insulin response... haven't tried leptin or other hormones yet, but I am sure, there are plenty of papers on the ill effects to be found in nearly any category.
I suppose fluoride, fat, and protein metabolism would be a good study too.
I am also aware that fluoride can be, and is a big reason for calcium deficiencies... and that using fluoride based chemicals in agribusiness greatly reduces calcium levels in plants.
It goes on and on... enough... I am rambling...
Been working in the desert sun today since sunrise... need to cool off.
