Hi Guys, I just wanted to say that I just did my 1st, 2nd and 3rd enema in a row and was amazed how EASY they were to do!
The hardest part of the enema honestly was preparing the spot to lay down, cleaning the catheter and filling the bag with water!
On top of all that not one drip came out, so for anyone who was like me, worried about accidentally spilling their insides out everywhere it's not a problem. I had a full 1.5 liters inside of me on my 3rd enema and even got it through my transverse colon without any discomfort. (Mind you I've been colon cleansing for about 2 months now).
Anyway bottom line, it's WAY easier than you think and I wish I had tried doing one a long time ago. I plan on doing my first coffee enema tomorrow.

This is a reply to # 1,443,567Yeah I was totally surprised, for some reason I envisioned feeling more pressure in the bowels when doing it but I never experienced anything of the sort.
I've even done 4 coffee enemas since I started and those were way easier than I expected. Now it's a matter of constantly sterilizing everything so I can keep using the catheter and bag over and over : )

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,443,571Oh did it entirely solo. I know Dr.Schulze recommends a helper in his video but it really isn't necessary unless you're doing a really thorough high enema, and even then I've heard that some people on this forum do high enemas solo "Looks up to Wings" which blows my mind.

This is a reply to # 1,443,656Well with the 3rd one I did with the full 1.5 liter bag I could only get so much in before I felt forced to either let some into the transverse or release it. So I lay on my back and I felt a slightly cool feeling go across my body, and the rest of the bag emptied out. I just followed Dr.Schulze Video with that shows the woman doing a high enema and I made sure to position myself in the same ways with the feet up and slowly moving to the back position.
I'm not sure if I reached the ascending colon, but I did notice that for the next 2 bowel movements I had later that day were both quite wet for lack of a better description so there was definitely some water that got fairly deep inside.
