Yes, I have used progesterone cream. I find it works for hot flashes, heavy periods and mood swings if I use it faithfully on a daily basis. Sometimes it's just a hassle or I forget to do it and then I pay for it. My period will come very early (every 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks) and they will be heavier. ALso, my hot flashes are much worse and they strangely are worst during my period. I feel like a heater. Many of my friends use it and say it has made all the difference for them.
