The bruise on my right inner thigh now extends the entire length of my hand from the bottom of my palm up to my middle fingertip. Two nights ago it was very dark purple, mean looking, and quite painful. I applied a castor oil pack two nights in a row, and for both yesterday and today I alternated Deep Tissue Oil (which has a hot Bengay feel and scent) with a fomentation I made of Bone, Flesh, and Cartilege herbal recipe (that I blended myself), and just left on the bruise for most of both days.

Tonight I thought the bruise had faded, but I had my husband look at it. He said "It's almost gone! What did you do?" I told him, but he doesn't speak that language, so it went over his head. The pain in my groin is also completely gone.

What is funny is that I can definitely see where I had the wash cloth and where I didn't. The bruise is still a raging purple where I missed, and almost back to skin color where I applied the oils and herbs.

My belief in these herbal remedies shot up 1000 fold, y'all.
