I hope it goes well with you than. I am with you on being sick and tired of being sick and tired. I believe I've had adrenal issues for the past 15 years. Many stressors have played into the progression, spinal mennengitus, moving 12 times, married to a highway patrolman ( his job stress did effect me too) eating to many sweets over the years, exercising to hard and to much to obtain a perfect figure.....having 3 major surgeries...the list goes on.
Like you, I am determined with God's help to become totally whole, so I can enjoy just being healthy and enjoying my life with my husband and being a blessing to others.
I am in the process of a severe 3rd stage of adrenal fatigue. It's been a whole year already of doing all that I know ( from reading, phone consults with Dr. Lam, my naturopathic doctor, etc. ) My thyroid also is going to be addressed, as it is now impaired due to the adrenal fatigue over the years. I've had extensive blood work done and just got all the results back, indicating adrenal fatigue, reverse thyroid impairment, low aldersterone levels, very low serotonin levels, and a few more.
I take it one day at a time, and pretty much stay focused on on day.
The body will heal if given the right things and rest.
The worse off it is, I know, the longer it will take to get better. I will remain patient and optomistic and pray to my great Father for healing.
