Hi all,
I am starting a 60 day master cleanse tomorrow and thought I'd post it here to give myself extra motivation. I did a 40 day cleanse about 10 years ago, so I know first hand that it is the most beneficial thing I can do for my health. After the 60 days I will turn over to eating Raw Vegan as much as possible...and will absolutely do away with all forms of processed food, especially sugar!
I will also be doing Body Flex daily, which is an absolute MIRACLE worker for me (I do the Skipped Breath Method)as well as the Five Tibetan Rites(Ancient Secrets of the Fountain of Youth)which brings about quick change for me as well. I will walk at least two miles a day...and believe it or not all of that exercise is only about 80 minutes a day total...so completely doable. :) I will also be using a body brush before my shower every morning so my skin says tight and firm, and maybe a few bounces on my rebounder here and there.
Phew! Anyone with me?? :)
