I am wondering about a couple things. I just started taking
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement last night and then again this morning (1 drop dose -- tonight I may try 2 drops).
The few questions I have are:
1. I used spring water to mix the
citric acid (not tap water). Is this ok or do I need to use distilled water?
2. Does the
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and
citric acid solution need to be refrigerated?
3. I didn't have any juice and I was too scared to take it with just plain water, so I used some lemonade without vitamin C. Is that ok? It says grapefruit juice and pineapple juice are ok to use... just no added vit. c. I want to make sure this is ok.
4. Do I eat before or after, or does it matter? I drank a protein shake about 10 minutes after my dose this morning. It had a SMALL amount of vit C in it (25% USRDA).
I would like comments on this. Many foods contain vitamin C and while the directions say no "added" vitamin C -- what if it naturally occurs?
And, another question... CAn I use REALemon, which is a concentrate lemon juice, as activator vs. the
citric acid ?
Ok, so on to my experience so far... I feel lightheaded -- similar to how I feel after I chug ozonated water. But no nausea. I didn't mind it so much last night because I went to bed soon after, but this morning I hope it isn't too bad. I also have experienced a mild to medium headache. I am guessing it is because of the
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
I thought it was pretty odd to "mix" 1 drop MMS with 5 drops citric acid -- I mean, they barely were drops in a glass and so it was hard to "swish" them around. I did the best I could before waiting 3 min and adding juice. It smelled like a chlorinated pool. Not necessarily bad.
I have used liquid stabilized oxygen before, and I have an ozonator that I use to make ozonated olive oil, and also ozonated water. But I haven't drank ozonated water recently. Can I drink it with this?
Another question... when some people say they get the herx reaction (healing crisis) how long does it last? If the nausea lasts only like 10-15 min, I can handle that and won't fear increasing my doses. But if it lasts all day then I have to be more cautious about it. I work full time and have a side business and devote many hours to other activities so I can't be sick all day...
Any comments would be appreciated. I would love to get better, even if I am not diagnosed with anything specific (the doctors won't give me a diagnosis -- it really makes me frustrated!)
My symptoms are that of Chronic Fatigue, severe muscle and joint pain (but no swelling -- the joints that hurt the worst are my left hip and my right shoulder and also my SI joint). I now have no feeling in my feet and it is creeping up my legs, the tingling and numbness, which freaks me out.
The symptoms really coincide with late stage Lyme disease, but the antibody test was negative (I know that is an inconclusive test -- even though I was bit by a tick in northern california 16 years ago -- my doctor won't do any more tests on me but I may go see someone else). The symptoms also can coincide with Epstein-Barr and CFS. So I just don't care at this time WHAT it is I have -- I just want to get better, which is why I am trying the MMS. What other things do people recommend I do along with the MMS. I can do the ozonated water, I have a
Far Infrared Sauna at home that I started using almost every day... Should I take oil of oregano, use my zapper, etc?
Thanks so much, sorry this is so long... I am excited to start using it, and if I knew it was this easy I would have started a long time ago.
