I have been seeing Dr. Ott for years and years. He is the best DC out there. He really cares about his patients, I've NEVER been hurt by him and referred many many friends there. And not ONE has ever had a bad thing to say. I'm sorry for your friends experience, but I think it must have been a fluke. The man is AWESOME. He also doesn't try to have you come back unless it is needed. Tina
