Petrakis NL, King EB: Cytological abnormalities in nipple aspirates of breast fluid from women with severe constipation. Lancet 2: 1203-1205, 1981.

In this report the authors define "severe constipation" as two to four bowel movements a week.

As with the previous link I posted about Breast Cancer and constipation, these articles don't explicitly relate the reduction of breast or colon cancer to cleansing, but it makes sense that if they are associated with constipation, reducing constipation should reduce diseases it causes.

Or at least to me it makes sense.

I just got to know....how in the world would you surmise that enemas could cause cancer? I must say that's the first time I've ever heard that. You say that colonic therapists claim beneficial effects but don't have any proof to back it up. My suggestion would be to do some research...it sounds like you're not to familiar with the topic and have a lot to learn.
