Sugar no fruit diet ..cept citrus
this really worked for me .. I could eat all the brown rice/potatoes and meats and veggies I wanted ..but could have nothing with
Sugar in it or breads at all.
also for fats I could have all the butter and olive oil I wanted .. even nuts..
my day went something like this..
breakfast - 2 fried omega-eggs
lunch - salad with olive oil/lemon/acv & herb dressing or my homemade ranch
sometimes I would snack on cashews till supper
dinner/supper - baked chicken with whole grain organic brown rice seasoned with chicken broth/butter and a little braggs sauce.. yummo
veggie blend of brocc/califlower/carrots out of the freezer section at Walmart ..I think it was called california blend .. seasoned with real butter and homemade made with
Sea Salt garlic/pepper/salt
for snacks I had nuts or home popped corn with extra light
OO (Olive-Oil) n butter ..and
Sea Salt of course
I would drink lots of lemon water sweetened with stevia ( I call it my special lemonade LOL)
I lost lots of water weight too.. the swelling in my hands and body went back to normal.
I never got hungry on this diet cause I got to keep the fats.. and ate until I was full ... and by going without sugar(in any form) I was able to steady my blood
Sugar and could go long periods without eating anything ..not only that I cut my cholesterol in half in only 2 months and I really didn't have a problem to begin with and who would have thunk it with all the eggs I was eating huh? just goes to show you what powers sugar has on a body huh.
anyways I lost 39
pounds in only 2 months and have since went off it oh about a year ago and have only gained back 15 .. I am gonna start back on it soon as all my social events are over with .LOL.. cause I still have bout 50 more lbs to go .. I hold my weight well as I am athletic but I still wanna get down where I used to be and get my health on track again ..
