It was recently posted that one of the successful healers claimed the hardest aspect of the incurable patient is getting them to exercise. How right he was!
Today, I set fifteen round fence posts 24" into the ground using the vertical hollow pipe hammer-tool that is made for that purpose. Wow! I haven't been so exhausted in ages, nor felt so good. And you know something? If I had to do the same work tomorrow, I would accomplish more and wouldn't be so tired. And the same thing the next day, etc. And in about thirty days time, I'd be able to work all day like that and still go out and party Friday evening until 3:00 AM and show up for work bright and early the next morning (not that I would do that nowadays, but I've done it, so I know it's true).
The human body, even one that is older and not in top shape, has remarkable powers to adjust and become stronger, more coordinated, and less exhausted to hard physical labor in astonishingly little time. This seems to parallel the effects of natural healing and I can see why the exercise thing is so important to natural healing and you won't really make optimum headway without it.
