Did you ever stop to think what the sunshine may be doing for our body, when we are out in it ?
It may be helping us or we may not be getting the most Benefit from the sunshine
as we should !
It may be the suns Acid forming abilities, which then may react against the skin, which should be of an Alkaline Mantle, and this would thus Cause a Buffering effect, so that the skin would "NOT" Sun Burn and in the process this
action may Cause Vitamin D(an Acid) to be formed, which in turn may React against the Calcium in the body to Cause it to be Activated, and thus Cause a Release of the Calcium's Electro-magnetic Energy for the body to utilize !
And since the sunshine may be Acidic forming, and the Vitamin D may be an Acid, the process of making Vitamin D in the body Tissue of the skin surface may depend upon what the skin mantle may have available to react with the sun's
Acidity to Cause Vitamin D to be Created as such !
And as the sunshine may be Acid forming, this may also mean that the Sunshine may Cause a Reaction against "ANY" Alkaline Minerals, to Cause them to Release their Electro-magnetic Energy for the body to utilize !

The Sunshine is part of the Mystery of Good Health !
The action of the sunshine on the skin may Cause the Rest of the body functions to work Better, "IF" the skin mantle has the needed Alkaline Minerals, which it should have in order to work properly !
But, when the person is so Acidic and the skin mantle is too Acidic as may be the case for most people, then this may allow for Sickness and Disease to follow!
But, when a person is not able to get the sunshine Directly in the winter months in some areas of the world, this may mean that for that person to be able to stay Healthy, that they need to get the sunshine effects, second hand so to
speak !
And this may mean that they may need to eat foods , which may have Vitamin D stored up, which the person may choose to eat and Cause the same effect as getting the Direct sunshine ?
Calcium is an Alkaline Mineral and "ALL" Alkaline Minerals need specific Acids to react against to be able to Release specific Electro-magnetic Energy for Specific Organs of the body to fit Specific Frequencies and Micro-Frequencies

It is a known Fact that if a person may get enough sunshine each day that this may Cause the production of Vitamin D in the body which may help the body to utilize Calcium Better !
But, does the same amount of sunshine help each person the same or is each person Different in their ability to utilize the sunshine and "WHY" ?
How does the sunshine do this, or what does the sunshine do in it's Reaction with the skin ?
How do we Create something "NEW" in the First place ?
Do we take and add another bucket of sand to the sand pile to build a metal building "
Do we take a truck load of wood and add it to another truck load of wood to build a Stainless Steel Barrel ?
Do we take a carrot and add another Carrot to the First one and end up with an Apple ?
Oh ! So these kinds of ideas may not work ?
So, just how does the sunshine make Vit D ?
Or just how does sunshine help the body to utilize Calcium Better ?
Could it be that one may need to consider what the sunshine may be in the first place ?
Is it Acid forming or Alkaline forming ?
And is the skin of a person supposed to be Acidic or Alkaline ?
Does this make any Difference ?
Let us consider a few ideas !
When we add a pile of like material to more of the same , we just end up with a bigger pile of the same !
So then "HOW" do we Create something "NEW" and Different ?
Could it be as Simple as reacting opposites against each other and the end result may be a Compound of something Different than what we started out with ?
So if the skin is Acid as some want to Claim and the sunshine is Acid forming, then How are we going to create something "NEW" ?
But, If the skin is of an Alkaline Nature as it is supposed to be, then by getting some sunshine(Which may be Acidic forming) to shine on our skin, we may have something "NEW" to be Created between these two Opposites !
Because when we have opposites to react against each other, we may have Resistance being Created which may Cause a coumpound to be formed and Electro-magnetic Energy Released in this process !
So, for the sunshine to do us the most Good, we may need to supply our body with enough Alkaline Minerals of "ALL" the spectrums, so that the sunshine may have a Full spectrum of Alkaline Minerals to React against to produce many other
things beside just Vitamin D and Better Calcium utilization !
For it may be that all things may interreact with each other to produce the Positive end results, and if we are short of any specific Alkaline Minerals and
Lack any of the sunshines Acid forming abilities, then we may end up comming up on the short end of the stick !
Could this be "WHY" the researchers have found that there may be as much Difference as from 10-15% utilization of Calcium in some people who get enough Calcium intake but not enough Vit D,and with the addition of Vit D this may
increase to 30% and under the best conditions may even go as high as providing 80% utilization of their Calciums, if they have enough Calcium initially, for some people who receive enough Vitamin D thru the sunshine process !
As generally may be the case, not everything may be as it may First seem to be !
Then we have some Experts telling us we may be Better to only be in the sunshine certain times of the day or we may get supposed Harmful rays? Could it be that those whom may have these problems may just have a skin mantle that is too Acidic, thus Causing them to be unable to utilize the Goodness of the Sunshine?
Consider the plants and animals that may be out in the sunshine --ALL-- day long and do much Better than people whom eat Poor Diets and have too Acidic skin mantle and are Sick and Diseased because of this and will sunburn regardless the time of day they go out in the sunshine?
Maybe the Experts forgot to consider the Plants and Animals that stay Healthy and are out in the sunshine thru-out the day?
Of course some of the animals will take a nap in the shade of the plants, but the Plants do not run and Hid from the sunshine?
Maybe there is more to the sunshine than the Experts have considered?
