spotting during juice fast

I did a seven day juice fast, and the last couple of days, I noticed that I started spotting. It's a couple weeks before my period is expected.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Should I be worried?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,428,439Yes it happened to me as well. Could be my age also am perimenopausal but I got period when I started juice fast and then again a few days ago started spotting only 3 weeks later.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,428,439Could you be pregnant? Sometimes spotting before your period can be implantation bleeding.
I don't think it has anything to do with fasting.
