Remember that PCOS is a syndrome and not everyone who has PCOS will necessarily have all the symptoms -- so you don't need to have cystic ovaries to have PCOS.
There isn't a cure for PCOS, though there are various ways of mitigating some of the symptoms. Your natural hormone balance probably has testosterone levels somewhere into the male range, so for you it's normal to have the same sort of body and facial hair as a male. I myself have to shave every day -- like, I hasten to add, far more females than you'd imagine. If I took drugs to get my hormone balance more like that of a typical female I wouldn't have to shave nearly so often -- perhaps even hardly at all -- but the drugs would have side-effects that are more unattractive to me than having to shave.
