SUPER! Wow, what a response!! Did you try it for anxiety? Or were you just 'testing it out' in general?

(I think I forgot to send it, but I'm happy to know my brain hasn't failed me entirely...at least I remembered that I'd forgotten, lol).
Quick question: When you had the bowel movements, did you have any sensation of "exit burn"?
The reason I ask is this: cayenne POWDER usually results in increased bowel activity, but cayenne TINCTURE usually doesn't. That's because (being alcohol based) the cayenne absorbs through the stomach/upper intestines and into the bloodstream, without usually reaching the parts of the intestine that 'make us go'. This is not always the case with all people, but it's the 'standard baseline' for most.
Either way, cayenne is a HUGE regulator of circulation...and it sure seems like you got a blast of some MUCH needed "circulation". FANTASTIC! (and good job "diving in" to the cayenne, instead of 'milking it' for weeks to get up to a good, therapeutic dose).
