I have not done a flush in 1 1/2 yrs. I did not really prepare this week other than eliminate anything fried or greasy or heavy meats which I don't eat more than 2-3x a year anyway. I ate a lot of salads with
OO (Olive-Oil) & ACV. This morning instead of my daily whey protein drink with almond milk I had some oatmeal but I added a tiny bit of butter and agave nectar. I have not been able to eliminate coffee, I did have a half cup this morning. Last time I flushed I stopped drinking coffee for about a week or 2 prior and was miserable the entire time. The flush went very well but I stopped the series after 2x because I did not have the quiet time over the weekend needed for the flush.
Now I am ready to continue but am apprehensive about this evening. Should I just "go for it" and not worry about anything? I won't be eating anything after 2pm, maybe eat an apple or 2 for lunch. I use powdered Mag Citrate instead of ES (can't stand the sweet one in the bottle), and
OO (Olive-Oil) & GFJ for the flush. I used a heating pad on my liver during the night and followed up with more Mag Citrate in the morning.
