This weekend's orders were PHENOMENAL - I am thrilled so many people are ordering and starting to be healed.

But we did the work of 5 people just to get them out :( I've done my best to read every post (and I've answered some short ones)...and I PROMISE you I've been right here at the computer doing my best just to keep up with the incoming orders (and questions that come along with them). And to top it all off, Mountain Rose TOTALLY screwed up a HUGE herb order last week (which took almost 5 hours worth of emails and phone calls to straighten out), and then I got an email this morning (indicating they'd screwed up 'on the repair job'), and I had to spend another 2 hours on the phone (and an extra $100 to overnight herbs from Pacific Botanicals). So that was a full day of "posting time" thrown into the dumpster right there! (grrrrrrr)

We still haven't even begun to get our garden in :( ...and this Saturday/Sunday we *have* to go (planned all year) to my sister's. But I *AM* going to keep doing my best to get caught up and STAY caught up (and get those foundational files and FAQs compiled and uploaded).

I know, EACH question deserves a good answer and my attention...and I'm SO sorry I'm not getting you the answers you deserve to have :( :( :( But I really AM doing the best I can do...and I really AM going to work through this horribly rocky start (and major learning curve) and get on top of this as fast as I possibly can.
