Can anyone explain to me why a Certified Organic, Raw Hemp Protein powder would be illegal for SCD?

Reason I ask is I just bought $30s worth before I started this diet, and I can't return it or afford to throw it away. What risks am I creating by using it, also would using scd friendly digestive enzymes help reduce it's possible negative effects, if there are any?

I imagine it was originally identified as illegal based on hemp seeds, yet the powder is smooth in texture and easy to digest since it is raw...
