After 22 years...i know its candida
I am now eating a diet with NO grains and sugars.. things are improving like a miracle.
BUT
I wonder, what have I lost forever?
Will my brain regain its cognitive functioning? memory, thinking, focus... or has my brain been damaged?

This is a reply to # 1,420,230this used to be my main worry- my brain. i can now tell you positively - from experience -that it will recover fully.
brain fog is part of the candida symptoms. if it does not go away with plain candida treatment, you might have to meake sure you get rid of mercury into your brain (getting rid of Amalgams and doing chelation therapy). for mow, just get busy with implying the diet and taking antifungals.
to insure you wont be damaging healthy cells, you have to intake antioxydants. candida does cause damages where it passes, antioxydants will help prevent them.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,420,249Jhan is right. I just started taking tiny amounts of several antioxidants recently, and oh my Lord I am feeling a lot better! My poor liver just could not keep up. I had to stop using my favorite liver supp several years ago cause I became intolerant to it so I have really been struggling with wierd symptms since then. I also changed from milk thistle to solgar's liver combo which has dandelion, tumeric and milk thistle. These are all helping my fibro symtpoms A LOT. I am thinking not so much is getting deposited into my musles but I am not sure what causes this ( candida fibro ).
As far as the heavy metals ( as Jhan mentioned ) , I have read that L-glutathione is good to use for that, which I have also been using.

YES, you CAN recover, far more than most imagine!
Do NOT do anything to your teeth until you go to the Ask Moreless forum here at Curezone and do some research, ask some questions there regarding Amalgam removal and recovery from candida/fibro! Amalgam REMOVAL DID NOT HELP ME, BUT MADE ME MUCH WORSE!!!

Antioxidants are also a false trail.
Both of these cost a lot, do not get to the root of the problem.

27 months on the Moreless protocol, getting better each day. Candida, brain fog, Fibro are gone after several decades of failure with many of the more often used methods of healing them, including what has been suggested above!

This is a reply to # 1,421,999Hmm. I don't see how taking antioxidant supplements could hurt. They are something everyone's body needs. But to each his own :-).
That's too bad Amalgam removal made your health worse. I noticed a slight candida surge about a week or so after I had two removed. Nothing dramatic though. The dentist said they were cracked or something. I think maybe one was ...but she was probably just trying to pad her bill. You know how they do. I didn't have any of the safe removal protocols used cause this dentist doesn't believe in them nor do any others in my town.

I recommend that you go to Ask Moreless Forum and do some study there before doing any more dental work or spending any more on supplements.
Info there on how to avoid unnecessary expense and damage to your teeth!

I would be far more strident in opposing Amalgam removal now. 15-20 years beyond the removal of amalgams, am finding that I have to put crowns on my teeth prematurely because of all the excess material that was removed with the amalgams. This is both painful and expensive, as was the original ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY Amalgam removal!!!!
BTW, be careful here at CZ, the politically correct position, is in support of removal. There was even a link to such info embedded into my post above without my permission or consent! Beware any opinion that needs such tactics to support itself!!!!

Yeah I don't think I want to have any more dental done any time soon. I just needed some things done, like cavities fixed...I wasn't freaked out about the whole Amalgam thing. I didn't do well with that anesthesia shot though so I wouldn't reschedule to have the cavities fixed. I've had quite enough for a bit :-) Maybe next checkup.- Re: avoiding unnecessary treatments,... I have non standard reactions to meds and anaesthetics also. That is one of many things the Morleless protocol has helped with.
Will be posting some thoughts soon about ideas for dealing with dental issues, and there is already some info there from Moreless and other regular forum participants.

I was in such sad shape with candida and brain fog, it was a scary nightmare there for years.
Now I'm like super women, back to normal if not better. Now I know how to manage my entire system in a preventative manner so I think I just function better than I ever did.
The cure I took for candida also cuts out all food allergens (even food just not good for my blood type); I am a raw foodist with an alkaline diet, I jog, eat foods right for the season or climate, I pay attention to the signals of my body etc., etc... I just learned a healthy lifestyle that keeps me detoxed, my immunity and pro-biotics up...
