But I nearly always eat fresh organic steamed veg, always with red onions (I love them) usually kale, leeks, beans, peas, sometimes mushrooms, often brocolli. Love sprouts but going out of season here now :( Plenty of other things as well such a swedes, parsnips, carrots. Potatoes too. Oh and beetroot, the list goes on. The only shelves I visit at the shops these days are the fruit and veg aisles. I have started using markets instead, it's cheaper, though they don't always have the variety. And of course I have started to grow my own. Although I would advise anyone never to rely on me to feed them, not yet anyway, lol. Bit of a learning curve for me that is.
I also eat nuts and seeds, and fruit such as tomatoes, cucumber, water cress, radishes, bell peppers.
Still losing weight slowly. After a weekend break I seem to have lost 2
pounds quickly, despite indulging with my friends.
