Hi Ya'll,
Here is the Sodium to Potassium ratio of Laminaria Digitata kelp:
K Potassium 8.27%
Na Sodium 3.22%
And here is for Ascophyllum nodosum kelp:
K Potassium 2.7%
Na Sodium 4.0%
As anyone may see the Laminaria Digitata has 8.27 % Potassium to the Ascophyllum nodosum having only 2.7 %
As well the Laminaria has 3.22% Sodium
and the Ascophyllum has 4.0% Sodium
A person who does not understand the differences in kelp and the many different Varieties and they go to the store and buy Kelp and get the Laminaria Digitata with more Potassium and they are already eating Poor Quality foods with too much Potassium and much of it as Potassium Nitrate and they get worse, what else would one expect?
This kelp with more potassium may help one who has too much Sodium from eating too much Salt, or who is living in a Hot weather and cannot Cool down?
A person who is getting too much Potassium and cannot stay warm in the winter time will need to take the Ascophyllum nodosum kelp to find Healing and stay warm !
Some of the other Varities of kelp or Seaweed may also work depending upon their Sodium to Potassium ratios?
Cause and Effect !
Smile Tis your choice.
