Hi, Unyquity,
My question had nothing to do with garlic, you are absolutely right.
You deserve to be congratulated about your effort to loose pounds.
Your weight wasn’t really what I had in mind why I asked BMI. There was enough info to make educated guess what I wanted to know.
I didn’t want to discuss about your daily poops either. LOL
The frequency of pooping may not have direct effect on “burps”. Some food or combinations of food generate more gas than others. Garlic does it for many, including me but not always. Overeating almost guarantees “burps” but unless one is compulsive eater those disappears when food leaves stomach within usually three hours.
My question wasn’t based on any 'charts & graphs' devised by allopathic science, as you put it. It’s based on my own experience that there seems to be a need to have bowel movement more often if BMI is higher. (I can tell you this because I ain’t a gal) :)
Keep up weight reduction and enjoy garlic
