I can see why you think that it is evil. If you look to the person next to you they could have been aborted. It all seems so cruel and horrible but I don't exactly agree with either side. For rape victims that get pregnant might not want to have that child. I don't think that it is great that some people want to have abortions because they get pregnant by not using a condom or just being very loose with themselves.

But why must we force your ideas onto people who don't agree with you. I doubt that you have been in a situation that would have caused most people to not want the baby. If you feel so strongly against abortion then follow what you agree on and stop forcing ideas on other people. Because "Evil" is all about perception. The way you look at things. There is no facts on what is "Evil" and what is "Good". There is a general opinion on things but if all of the general opinion were agreed upon and forced on everyone who disagreed then we wouldn't be diverse at all.

There is also the problem with the general public seeing one side of the problem and making the decision based on that one side they have seen. Your pictures put a gruesome thought into our head. Most label it evil right off. Please don't blind yourself to the idea opposing yours. Even Obama who I don't exactly care for can see that.

The amount of mental distress and trauma, and reluctance, and fear, and genuine, serious thought that most women go through when deciding whether to have an abortion...won't be affected in the least bit by those pictures.

Those pictures don't even compare to what's going on in their heads.

MY OPINION, is that AMERICA SHOULD NOT EXPRESS OPINION ON ABORTION UNTIL IT'S ACTUALLY BEEN THERE!

In other words, unless you've been there yourself, your thoughts and views on the subject will be of no value to anyone considering abortion.

Do you have ANY idea how many women say that, even if they are pro-life or pro-choice that they would never do it themselves?

All those pictures do, in weaker cases, is increase the levels of depression, shame, guilt, and suicidal tendencies in women who have already gone through with it.
Is that really what you want?

In fact, in many instances, protesters just yell at car windows when entering the clinics. It's not until afterwards, when people are leaving, that they are quiet and just give dirty looks and have huge vans with humongous murals of those pictures on the side of them. What good does that do?

I am a guy and I do not think I can even begin to know the angst of going through with the decision to have an abortion or not. I can empathize.

Do I wish to encourage abortions? NO.

I do know that if the USA makes abortions illegal, it will not stop abortions. It will create a black market for abortions. Will it decrease the number of abortions? I do not know. Will it increase the number of maternal injuries and deaths due to black market abortions? YES. Will it increase the number of hemolytic disease of the newborns in further children born to Rh negative women who had previous black market abortions? YES

I believe in pro choice. It is a tough choice. However, the cons of making abortion illegal far out way the pros.

Believe me, we have seen it. Plastered on the side of trucks, hoisted in the air on posters...posted on our computers just like this...again and again.

These are all late term abortions, which are only done because the fetuses were severely malformed, or the mother's life was in danger.

To be frank i dont have the heart to see the pictures fully. anyone who sees this will not go for abortions.
