MH 108
in an emergency, with no experience...a person can rush order the amish burn paste he called b&w...cost more than making your own, etc....but they have a 35 year history of using it now and several burn centers in the usa now using the method after being trained by the amish inventor.
i keep 2-4 gallons on hand for an emergency, such as 50% plus body burn...a person would need gallons asap.
anyone with interest how to use b&w or their own made burn paste i made a 108 page easy to read, follow burn aid school book from a live burn aid clinic that you have to pay to go to, etc....complete with many/many step by step pictures.
the theory applies t what ever paste your using. the key is no scars.
depnding on how sever the burn, comfrey is left out at first to slow down the healing and more honey used, etc......deep to the bone burns can be handled pain free with proper use....but too scary for most adults to ever depend upon. for myself, no matter how badly burnt, if i could still talk, still say what i wanted to do, i would stay home and ride it out. in the booklet i show real pictures of bad burns, some even with their entire face covered, etc.....not pictures for the weak to look at, many are little kids, etc...with the amish.
skin grahpting needs to be avoided in every case possible....the nose being the hardest part of the body to deal with.
very few people have ever seen the booklet i made...i made it for the amish inventor, but he got the idea that the book was so well made that it kind of eliminated his seminars, so he never put it into print. but i have always kept it on the website. one of the best booklets i ever did.
