Hello Nutrientboy.
I clicked on your profile and checked out some of your posts and noticed your amazing before and after photos.
90 pounds, holy shit.
Anyway, it seems as though Water Fasting changed your life and i just found it a pitty that your new love of fruit and vegetables seems to have gotten in the way of fasting goodness.
Just wanted to say sorry for being a dick, i am not sure why nutritarianism gets to me, maybe it is the name, it just sounds ludicrous.
Anyway, i am finishing day 1 of my current fast and am feeling a little more peaceful.
Food seems to make me a little vicious.

mainly stubborn fat removal.
I have lost weight on diets but have found fasting better for eating away stubborn fat reserves.
I'm not that fat but i managed to loose a fair bit on my first fast, this second one should finish the job.
