" I have to buy the heaviest duty antiperspirant I can find just to keep my underarms dry."
Heavy duty antiperspirant means a ton of aluminum (aluminum is the main "drying" ingredient) -- is keeping your underarms dry worth setting yourself up for Alzheimer's and other aluminum toxicity effects down the road?
Sweating too much means that either your body needs to expel toxins (including excess
table salt ), or that you are constipated. Either way, trying to block this process will only lengthen it. Try to cut down on salt and get some extra fiber in your diet. Get a natural deodorant that will prevent your sweat from smelling, like the "crystal rock" (available at health food stores or online), instead of aluminum antiperspirants. If you need to, get some of those underarm shield undershirts that will protect your clothes from getting wet from the sweat. By the way, sweat only stains clothes when combined with an antiperspirant -- once you stop using that and switch to the crystal rock, no more yellow stains.
