That's funny you mentioned it. I was thinking the same thing recently. I had so much mucous in my stools when I was taking ACV and I had such a bad Candida feeling I stopped within days. My Candida really flared up. It was the first time I could say I had Candida without testing. Could it have been exactly as you said though, just a 'herx' effect? If it was really a herx effect I would take another go at it. It's worth the anguish to get rid of Candida but if it would make me worse. I doubt it's making some people better and some worse. It's probably doing the same thing to everybody it's just people's reactions are different in severity. I wish we could get a solid ruling on Candida and ACV because I've never had the experience I've had with ACV and Candida. Something was definitely going on. An ND friend of mine told me that as a general rule people with Candida "stay away from vinegars". That's why I stopped but I still had my doubts.
