The news from the tiny county I live in about 50 some odd miles from Dallas is that two people were taken to the hospital with it today - and that comes from someone who works there.
I'm not personally worried though - I have been taking oleander capsules (Sutherlandia OPC) daily for some time now and also have garlic, echinacea, olive leaf extract, cayenne tincture (thanks to Uny) and curcumin. PLUS I have about six gallons of really good colloidal silver and a nebulizer to boot.
I dare any flu to come knockin' on my door!
(BTW, if you don't have a stock of colloidal silver on hand or your own home generator, best buy some quickly. The word from my friends at CZ sponsor Utopia Silver is that the colloidal silver is literally flying off the shelves. Luckily, they have the capacity to make plenty - but the supply of nebulizers they have may be limited. Should anyone decide to buy anything from them, I remind that they give a 15% discount to CZ folks when you use the discount code LR001)
http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com is the ONLY source. Sometimes people get it confused with plain sutherlandia frutescens or with an antioxicant popular in Europe called OPC, but that link is the only source.
I think it is quite simply the most amazing supplement on the planet. Cancer, HIV, Hep-C, various immune disorders, arthritis, thicker hair, and one I'll save for later . . .
Cinnamon is pretty amazing stuff - though it tends to lower male libido - and Vietnamese cinnamon is really good if you get it from a trusted source.
Oleander, well you know how I feel about that! It too was mentioned in the Bible btw. The other part of S-OPC, Sutherlandia Frutescens is pretty amazing too. Also known as the "South Africa Cancer Bush", the government of S. Africa is so proud of it that they issued a postage stamp in its honor.
According to the naturopathic PhD who devised the supplement, a couple of caps a day, especially when combined with N-Acetyl Cysteine, will ward off the flu for just about anybody. The other side effect I was saving is that it increases male libido. (So OK ladies, now you know what to do depending on which way you want your guy to behave - cinnamon or oleander - lol)
