Prill beads are nothing more than common zeolites. Zeolites are used as catalysts in some reactions and are used to purify some substances like gases and water due to their high surface area. Just like activated charcoal. So I would not call the water structured, but rather purified. Zeolites are commonly sold in aquarium stores as "ammonia remover" for that exact reason.
