Hello, Im a amature when it comes to Feng Shui, but I had heard that it is a good thing to put a wind chime by the front door, I think to ward off evil spirits. I have done that (well off to the right of the front door) and my wife has some up in front of our kitchen window and rear sliding door. Would having these other two out the back negate the attempts of the one near the front door? Is the one to the right of the front door ok where it is? or does it need to be front and centre of the door frame?
Please dont laugh at my explanations.. I tried to explain my understanding of Feng Shui as good as I could.

MoreThis is a reply to # 140,463It is generally fine to have wind chimes at the front or back door. Just keep the wind chimes small and it only produces a light cooling sound. Avoid going for the heavy 7 rod wind chimes, unless you have plotted the flying stars chart and found that you need the metal cures.

I understand what you have said but I would recommend you to hang the metal windchime in the center of the whole house in 2004 as there is 5 earth star in the center according to flying star theory which is bad. by hanging it in the center it will help you a lot. The other one hang it near the front door. Aatually it is not meant to ward of evil spirit but to distribute good energy in the house and also to cut down the effects of the bad stars.
