Hello All !
My wife was exposed to toxic black mold (Stachybotrys) last August and has been making slow steady improvements in her health.
What seems to work
===================
1. Fresh air
------------
She left here belongings behind, rented and empty place, started over, then later moved into my home in the Mtns after testing my house with a commercial test pump and had samples tested. (came back clean)
2. Excercise
-------------
walking a few miles a day
3. Rest
--------
Living a restful low stress lifestyle
4. Diet
-------
Mostly Organic, lots of fruits and veggies, esp spinach
5. Supplements
---------------
All the usuals for people wanting to be super healthy as well as NAC (N-Acetl-L-Cysteine) which makes Glutathion in the cells.
6. No Drugs
-----------
not taking drugs the docs want to perscribe
(Evidence suggest that few docs are trained to deal with toxic mold, so they are useless since all they wanna do is treat symptoms...)
So no one thing seems to be a cure ...
QUESTION
========
She wants to find out what the recovery curve might be for this since she has thus far only talked to people who have made partial recoveries. (In other words: Do people make 100% recovery from this and if so how long might it be ?)
Cheers!
