I live in Europe so the tests are slightly different than the US.
My adrenal test showed a low morning amount below the reference range.
The rest of the day was within normal ranges.
I am assuming this is a big indicator of adrenal fatigue from what I read?
My thyroid test showed a Free T4 thyroxine level of 814 with a reference range between 550 - 3160
The Free T3 was 829 in a range between 800-2500
Am I hypothyroid as well? Or am I just low in T3?
I have a severe twitching in my foot and leg that is getting worse and I have had a Cat scan and the neuro says I am fine.
I have read for months on the itnernet trying to find out what is wrong with me since I do not have access to a holistic doctor. I email with one but none to see in person.
If anyone out there can tell me if they think I will benefit from Iodoral..I just ordered it.
Will it solve my thyroid problems?

the question was about fluoride, not about salt.

This is a reply to # 1,404,354you asked if I ate fluoridated salt...I said no, I ate Himalayan salt.
I know I have mercury toxicity.
A biomeridian test also said I have candida.
She told me that also it was possible for hallogen disease and chlorine in me as well.
Can you please tell me more about the hallogens and the thyroid. I do not know much.

Body temperature may be a better indicator of metabolism.
You have a low "normal" amount of free T3 in your blood, but can your cells use it? There are many steps between free T3 in the blood and the cells actually using it to release energy. Body temperature measures the end result, if you have low body temperature something isn't working right.
There's a lot of info on the web concerning body temperature and thyroid function. All you need is an accurate basal thermometer and patience. I would recommend the Geratherm band. It is accurate, inexpensive, and manufactured by happy Eurolanders.

My temp is 96.4!
I feel so screwed up.
Will Iodine really fix my thyorid?
