This is a reply to # 1,394,166Could be that they are more concerned about getting the Captain out alive than with polishing their image of hot shot. The facts are that this is a commercial ship, not a military one, and that the pirates want money, not lives. If the company that owns the ship is willing to pay to get the Captain back, that would probably be the safest method. That is not to say that AFTER the Captain is released, something needs to be done....by all governments, not just ours.
