I have tried different restrictive diets in the past (ie, blood type diet, vegan diet, anti-candida diet, GF/CF diet, celiac diet, etc), but these restrictive diets never seemed to help my core problems of depression/anxiety/irritability, so I always lapsed back into eating bad standard American diet-type foods. I also have blood-test-verified IgG food sensitivities to most all the elements of all the bad standard American diet-type foods, such as eggs, cow's milk, tomatoes, mushrooms, soybeans, wheat, baker's & brewer's yeast, black & white pepper, etc.
My holistic MD, using a darkfield live blood microscopy analysis that we did yesterday, has determined (his determination, but not necessarily mine) that since the darkfield live blood microscopy analysis did not show any evidence of any live candida or any live microparasites in my live blood, my health problems are thus not due to any candida/parasites, but are instead due to food allergies (technically, "delayed food sensitivities"), which was confirmed by the darkfield live blood microscopy analysis. I was told by my holistic MD that my current eczema can be directly caused by food allergies, and not necessarily caused by candida.
I am basically allergic (sensitive) to the entire standard American diet across the board, ie, I am basically allergic to every food and every sandwich that you ever saw advertised on TV. I already knew that I had delayed food sensitivities to many foods, known to me from the IgG ELISA food sensitivities blood test that I did 4 years ago. The darkfield live blood microscopy analysis just confirmed this knowledge (ie, my live white blood cell patterns confirmed allergies.) While the darkfield live blood microscopy analysis did not show any evidence of any live candida or any live microparasites in my live blood, there is the possibility that the MMS that I took before doing the darkfield live blood microscopy analysis successfully killed off all the candida/microparasites in my blood, but I can't say for sure at this point. Of course, I wish now that I had done the darkfield live blood microscopy analysis before starting the MMS, but such is life; as they say, hindsight is 20/20.
My holistic MD is recommending that he give me a series of weekly shots (injections) to desensitize me to all the foods that I am currently sensitive to. This foods desensitization treatment is a holistic/alternative-type allergy treatment that regular allergist MD's do not do. Regular allergist MD's in the past have told me that they can do nothing for me, because they have no treatment for delayed food sensitivities, they only have treatments for outright food allergies, for example, they do have treatments for people who can go into outright shock & die from eating peanuts, but that is not the sort of food allergies that I myself have.
My holistic MD told me that since all my liver cleansing and intestinal cleansing efforts have bottom-line not helped me resolve my core health problems, I must now consider taking a new direction, that direction being either a 100% different diet, or else, doing the food desensitization shots.
I am strongly considering doing the food desensitization shots, if my new use of MMS in combination with frequent liver flushing does not help me move off the dime.

"I have not had a shot in six months but I can still eat whatever I want with no pain or flu symptoms."
Thank you Denise for your reply; that is a great report!
Based on your post above, yesterday I made an appointment with an LDA MD to start LDA treatments, but the LDA doctor I selected will not be available to see me until mid-May, and I will not be able to get my first LDA shot from him until mid-June. Also, this same doctor's tech assistant told me that LDA is not as good as its precursor EPD, and that an LDA treatment can be easily undone by frequently eating the LDA-treated food.
Denise, based on your own experience, do you think that that is too pessimistic a statement about LDA?
"I went every other month and had 2 shots under my forearm skin"
So, you did the LDA food mix and the separate LDA pollen mix?
"by the 2 sets of shots I could eat again"
So, you started noticing benefits from the LDA after 4 months?
Since it will be so long before I can even get my first LDA shot, thus, while I am waiting to begin LDA, in the meantime next week I will start getting AAT treatments for my food allergies (see here and here and here for more info about AAT.)
If the AAT seems to begin to help me first, then I will just cancel the later scheduled LDA. Alternately, If the AAT does not seem to help me, then I will just proceed to do the later scheduled LDA.
PS: Denise, BTW, how are you doing with the MMS? I think that the MMS (to kill unfriendly microorganisms) and liver flushing and intestinal cleansing, while themselves not an alternative to an outright LDA or AAT food/pollen allergy treatment program, are nevertheless supportive of ultimately having a successful LDA or AAT allergy treatment program. For example, I read where unfriendly microorganisms in the gut can undo an LDA treatment.
