so I wrote a long story yesterday and I got the diet name it's called the everyotger day diet. U fast every other day till u lose all the weight average person loses 7-9 lbs a week there a guy who has a blog he lost 86lbs in 6 mths but on his in days he was eating slot of junk food like pancakes and bacaon fir breakfast bacon egg cheese on rolls and etc... I ordered a food delivery service called zonemanhattan they bring food to me on my food days so that thad taken care of. Oh my goal fir Sunday was to weigh 248lbs and after two days if fasting and jogging I have lost 5lb. So Sunday I know I will make my goal.sunday Easter I will fast tim dinner and eat from a small plate and no seconds Monday I should weigh 247lbs.
