The loose skin is debatable. At age 53 I have lost around 100
pounds and have quite a bit more to go. Firstly by fasting, and now by healthy eating. What looks bad is when you have some fat and it starts to hang loose. That is what I have now.
Some people say it is improved by fasting, however after a lot of fasting I have a fair amount of loose skin.
Now, there is one guy called Ron Brown that says it will disappear with
healthy Diet and exercise

- he says when the fat's all gone the loose skin will disappear. I am not entirely convinced. However I intend to try that first, because I have a belief that a well nourished and fit body can do wonderful things to repair itself. Then if that doesn't work I will try another fast!
People here have suggested other things too, such as cocoa butter and dry skin brushing.
Even if I am left with loose skin I am going to lose the weight anyway, so watch this space.

I forgot to mention, I am now using the same personal hygiene products that my ancestors used. It's called H2O. I believe this may also possibly help with loose skin, because the natural oils do not get washed away. For about a week it feels unpleasant then after a while, the skin gets into a state of balance and looks and feels great. One doctor has developed a variant on it, you can see it here
