Hello. I am 54, not overweight at all. I have serveral myomas but one they said, it´s really big. I forget the size but the guy said my womb is three times large and twice wide of the "normal". They recommended operation a year ago. Nvertheless I have been able to avoid surgery. I think liver and GB cleansing has helped a lot. I discovered the estrogen excess thing and realized I was having TONS of the estrogen loaded foods. Anyway my myomas seem to be old (I didn´t have children).
I live in Mexico in a small town so I am very limited in what I can get. I found this naturalist doctor who gave me some juices to have everyday with two kinds of medicines, one Wild Yam in pills, the other I don´t remember the herbs but I will bring and write them tomorrow (I don´t have internet at home or work). I began to feel not well so I stopped the treatment after three weeks. Then I found the wild yam cream and I have been using it for almost two months.
I found a list of foods that are high in estrogen, and - oh my God - it´s almost everything.
I am left with cabbage, corn, coliflower, broccoli and some fruits. White rice and bread, pasta, and I tried organic milk but I kind of felt it made the fibroid grow.
I am close to menopause, but... who knows? I´m 54 and still bleeding every three weeks.
Anyway, my question is: Where can I find a reliable list of estrogen inhibitor food. Some lists say garlic is good, othere say no. Honey, tapioca, avocado and a few other things are in the same case.
Would somebody know for certain?
Thank you very much.
