Take it easy on the CH. Too much too soo will have this effect. Same thing happened to me. Did you test your pH after? I wouldn't be surprised that your pH will spike downwards for a short while, and you may or may not feel like crap.
1 tablespoon is way to much for your first time adding CH. I did about a teaspoon my 3rd or 4th time adding CH and I had a bad reaction, not unlike what you are experiencing.
The Epsom salt is also a major component of the bath. You want to soak in that magnesium goodness. The Mg is what is helping us get rid of the unwanted NPN amongst many other crucial functions. I'd stop using the CH altogether for now. Until your pH has become more stable.
